Les Avisés in Avize

After running the entire Domaine Jacques-Selosse since 1980, Corinne and Anselme Selosse began a new adventure in spring 2011 when they opened Les Avisés hotel and restaurant.

A lack of space and need for extra room for the wine to age is what originally led Anselme Selosse to look into the unused cellars at the Bricout-Delbeck champagne estate, founded in Avize in 1966 and closed in 2003.
