Verzenay Lighthouse

Verzenay Lighthouse is home to the Vine Museum. It was built in 1909 by Joseph Goulet, son of Modeste Goulet, founder of the Goulet-Turpin branch. The champagne wine merchant had avant-garde ideas and built the lighthouse to attract business. It was lit up at night. The bygone annex buildings housed a restaurant and bar.
